Non-Contact KICKBOXING 

Interested in the Martial Arts but could never find the time?

Then our Kickboxing class is the answer.

CLASS TIME
Sunday         4:00-5:00pm 

Non-Contact Kickboxing is a great way to get in shape, stay in shape, or just plain have fun. There is no contact or sparring between participants - it is strictly you against yourself.  This is also a great way to meet new people and just get out of the house for a while, or alleviate yourself of excess stress. Everyone works at his/her own pace and what you get out of it is what you put into it!

The class consists of a 60 minute workout which starts with a basic warm-up using some air attack moves. The techniques will then be demonstrated by the Instructor and you will then practice them on the focus pads with a partner or small group.  The training is mainly circuit based with interval training and all classes will include strength, abdominal exercises and stretching.

In this class you will work hard, sweat loads, kick and punch pads and increase your fitness.  You can either attend this on its own or use it to supplement your Taekwon-Do training, through extra technique practice and increased fitness. 

No experience is necessary and classes are open to both male and females who are over the age of 16Although you're in class for yourself, you're not by yourself. Our instructor will provide you with the most effective, safe instruction available.

The classes are designed so that you will quickly settle in and they have people of all ages, fitness and ability in them. You will be able to train at your own level. So don't worry about coming by yourself, everyone is friendly and it's a great chance to meet people.  If you want to, bring a friend and become training partners.

Start-up Offers - These begin from 4 classes upwards with options to include Kickboxing T-shirt, Training Bottoms and Handwraps.  

Block Purchases - Following the initial start-up offers, classes can then be purchased in Blocks of 6, 12 or 18 classes with varied expiry times to ensure you don't miss out if you can't make it every week!

Spaces - Are allocated on a first come basis (If you are trying the class for the first time, please allow at least 10 minutes to complete our registration form and get yourself ready for the class).

The Instructor - Mrs Jacqui Wallace is a 2nd Degree Tae Kwon-Do Instructor who teaches full time at the academy and began training in 1995.
