Fitness Kickboxing Circuits
are a great way to get in shape, stay in shape, or just plain have fun. There is no contact or sparring between participants: It is strictly you against yourself.  This is also a great way to meet new people and just get out of the house for a while, or alleviate yourself of excess stress. Everyone works at his/her own pace and what you get out of it is what you put into it!

The class consists of a 60 minute workout which starts with a basic warm-up using some air attack moves. The techniques will then be demonstrated by the Instructor and you will then practice them on the focus pads, punch-bags or free-standing bags.  The training is mainly circuit based with interval training and all classes will include strength, abdominal exercises and stretching.  

In this class you will work hard, sweat loads, kick and punch pads and increase your fitness.  You can either attend this on its own or use it to supplement your Taekwon-Do training, through extra technique practice and increased fitness. 

No experience is necessary and classes are open to both male and females who are over the age of 16.

Stress Relief - Because of the mental strength the martial arts develops, students get so absorbed in fitness Kickboxing class, their problems seem a million miles away. The best part is that they think clearer and have more confidence.

Self Confidence - When you look good, you feel good and there's no better feeling than knowing you're in shape and can defend yourself if you ever have to.

Variety - To make sure our students never get bored, we make sure our classes are never the same routine.  We use a wide variety of punches, kicks, knees, elbows and stretching exercises so you'll never get bored doing the same routines every week.  Our class also utilises the latest equipment to keep class exciting and help you develop your skills.

Individual Instruction - Although you're in class for yourself, you're not by yourself. Our instructor will provide you with the most effective, safe and personal instruction available.

You will be offered one free class to get you started.
Following this you may either - pay per class or purchase a Block of 6, 12 or 18 classes at reduced rates.  
The expiry time on the blocks are 3 months, 6 months and 8 months.

Spaces are given on a first come basis.  If you are trying the class for the first time, please allow at least 10minutes to complete our registration form and get yourself ready for the class.

The Instructor  - Mrs Jacqui Wallace
Jacqui is a 2nd Degree Tae Kwon-Do Instructor and has been training in Tae Kwon-Do for over 13 years.
