| 1. | Ensure blocking and attacking tools are focused accurately on the appropriate targets. |
| 2. | Ensure reaction force is used at all times – no one handed techniques. |
| 3. | Correct
stances are only required at the point of
contact with the opponent. Additional body shifting may be required if there are different opponent heights exercising. |
| 4. | Ensure sparring exercise is carried out using dynamic techniques. |
| 5. | It must be note that stances and body shifting may be necessary if partners are of different heights. In some cases, the focus point of the counter will have to be redirected to another or in some cases change routine. |
| 6. | Blue belts and above should be encouraged to develop their own sets of exercise. |
