Sunday 2:30-4:00pm
Open training is available to all students who would like extra practice.
Please make good use of these facilities as they have been provided to help give you the best opportunity to practice.
As these classes are not Instructor led, it is essential for all students under 13 to be supervised by a parent/guardian.
An Instructor will be available at all times should you require any assistance.
The following dress code
applies:
1.
Complete official Dobok (including belt) or
2.
Dobok Trousers and Academy T-Shirt or
3.
Kickboxing Uniform
4. Contact Trousers and Academy T-Shirt
Normal etiquette must be observed at all times.
