Firstly, we believe that it is essential to teach age-specific classes and have designed our programmes to allow each age group to be taught at their own level.  In addition to this, classes are kept small in order to give more focussed tuition and allow young children to get the best from the programme.  

This enables us to teach 

a)   without putting young children under the pressure of being taught with much older children or adults,   

b)   whilst also allowing older children and adults to be taught at a more mature level.

We have worked with children and youths with various challenges, such as weight problems, low self-esteem, lack of coordination or focus and children that feel they don't fit in anywhere.  

We take pride in the leaps and bounds children have made since joining our programmes.  From the troubled youth who starts to gain an identity and finds self-respect, to that child with low self-esteem whose parents watch proudly as their child stands tall and executes techniques in front of a full class of people. 

We aim to help your your child:

  • Have the confidence to achieve in the classroom.

  • Never settle for second best.

  • Have more respect for their teachers - and parents.

  • Have the discipline to do their homework.

  • Be alert, aware and trained in self-defence.
