Regional Blackbelt Training is held ONCE a Month for 3 hours to provide specific Technical Training. These classes
open to all ITF Blackbelts at a cost per session of - |
ITF Scotland Team Training is open to 3nd Kups and above, age 13 years and over. Attending these training sessions gives you the opportunity for selection into the ITF Scotland Team for participation in future European and World Championships. Please remember to inform Master Wallace if you are attending this training. |

Saturday 4th September Blackbelts Umpire Training There will be no Technical Training in September as we will be having Umpire Training prior to our Tournament. This class is mandatory for all academy Blackbelts as all Blackbelts will be required to umpire at the North East Challenge in Montrose on Sunday 19th September. |

A new programme for Blackbelts has started which will focus on degree students development in areas such as - Instructor training (children and adults), Umpire training, Grading Official duties, Health, Nutrition, Anatomy, Philosophy and Taekwon-Do theory and principles. This programme will offer a monthly 2 hour class which will work towards Instructor and Umpire qualifications, along with a 3 hour Technical Training Session. This
class is open to Blackbelts from the Academy only. |
At our Academy, all Degree candidates must pass a series of target based fitness testing. These tests include a mile and a half run which will be practiced prior to Blackbelt Training as shown below (weather dependant). |
