Recognition of 2nd Degree Promotion 2004 &

This award was given to Jacqui for recognition of her continued dedication in training and achieving her 2nd Degree Black Belt in September 2004. Jacqui started training in 1995 and also received a special recognition award for 10 successful years in Tae Kwon-Do (1995-2005).

This award was given to Christopher for recognition of his dedication in training and achieving his Black Belt in March 2004. Christopher started Tae Kwon-do in 1996.

2003

Miss Lindsey Rhind 

This award was given to Lindsey for recognition of her dedication in training and achieving her Black Belt in September 2003. Lindsey started Tae Kwon-do in 1998.

Mr Scott Milne 

This award was given to Scott for recognition of his dedication in training and achieving his Black Belt in September 2003. Scott started Tae Kwon-do in 2000 and was the winner of our Competitor of the Year Award in 2003.  

Mr Daniel Jacobs

This award was given to Daniel in recognition of his Blackbelt Promotion in September 2003.  Daniel joined the Academy in January 2001 when he moved to Aberdeen from South Africa.  After one year of training, Daniel was offered a Fast-Track Programme to Blackbelt in order that he could return to South Africa in 18 months when his contract expired, as a Blackbelt 1st Degree and qualified Instructor.

This programme combined training for Blackbelt through a set programme of hours and learning how to teach students of all ages.  Daniels course finished in September 2003 when he passed his Blackbelt. He returned to South Africa in January 2004 with the intention of opening a Tae Kwon-Do school in his hometown.


2002

Recognition of 
25 successful years in Tae Kwon-do
Mr Gordon Wallace, VI Degree
1977 to 2002

A special presentation was made in March 2002 to Mr Gordon Wallace, in recognition of his achievement of 25 years in Tae Kwon-do.  We surprised him at the end of the Junior class, when all the students arrived and Mr Christopher Gillespie (Student of the Year 2001) presented him with a Samurai Sword which we had engraved with his achievement.  We all recognise how successful he has been over the past 25 years and wish him every success for the next 25 !!

This award was given to Jacqui in December 2002, for recognition of her commitment and dedication in achieving her Black Belt earlier in the year.  Jacqui started Tae Kwon-do in 1995.

Mr Mark Robertson 


This award was given to Mark in December 2001, for recognition of his commitment and dedication in achieving his Black Belt earlier in the year.  Mark started Tae Kwon-do in 1994 as a 6 year old.

 

 

 

 

Awards
