We teach Traditional ITF Tae Kwon-do as taught by Grand Master General Choi Hong Hi 9th degree (1918-2002), the founder of Tae Kwon-Do. The academy is affiliated on a national level to the UKTF (United Kingdom Tae Kwon-Do Federation), and on a global scale, the UKTF is affiliated to the ITF (International Tae Kwon-Do Federation). Our Academy Gym boasts top of the range training facilities such as fully matted floor to allow a safe environment for all practitioners (especially children who are prone to falling), free standing bags and punch bags allow students to practice independently during the open sessions available to members.
